At SPEED, every athlete is provided with customized individual programming- not generic training protocols.
First, we conduct a systematic analysis of your individual needs and goals in relation to your position, sport and/or skill. Then, utilizing these data, we design a specific program to maximize your performance, and we make adjustments along the way as you progress toward your short and long term goals. This is not a stereotypical strength and conditioning model; our focus is on the detailed breakdown of your skills and the implementation of specific exercises that not only improve sport performance, but also help to prevent injury.
